ADDX in Johor Bahru is seeking a creative and independent Graphic Designer / Digital Designer to join our team. You will craft high-quality visuals for digital campaigns, social media, websites, brochures, and events.

You will own design projects from brief to delivery, maintain brand consistency, and develop reusable templates and design systems. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a strong portfolio are essential.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant professional design experience.
Strong portfolio across digital campaigns, social media, branding, web design, marketing collateral and event materials.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Ability to translate briefs and business objectives into creative concepts with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Own design projects from brief to final delivery, developing creative concepts with minimal supervision.
Create assets for social media, digital ads, email campaigns, websites, landing pages, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Design print and event materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, signage, and invitations.
Develop campaign key visuals and ensure consistency across digital, print, and event formats.
Maintain brand consistency and improve reusable templates, components, and design systems.
