Responsibilities

• Design social-first content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Create statics, carousels, animated posts, and short-form video.
• Use AI to generate visuals, backgrounds, scenes, and variations, then polish them into premium, on-brand work.
• Design key visuals and assets for car launches, promotions, events, and dealer campaigns.
• Add motion to designs, from simple animations to kinetic type and quick edits.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and marketers to create high-performing content.
• Ensure every car visuals are accurate (badges, wheels, colours, proportions).
• Build repeatable AI workflows to speed up the team's work.

Graphic Designer (Social Media & AI Content)

We're not looking for a designer who only makes pretty posts.

We're looking for someone who can design, prompt, animate, and ship scroll-stopping content, fast. Someone who knows when to design from scratch. Someone who knows when AI can get there quicker. You'll combine strong design craft with the latest AI image and video tools to create social content for one of our key automotive clients, alongside work across property, FMCG, and lifestyle brands. If you've been playing with Midjourney, Flux, Firefly, Kling or Runway in your spare time, and your friends are tired of hearing about it, you'll probably fit right in.

We're building one of Malaysia's most AI-native creative agencies.

What You'll Do

• Design social-first content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Create statics, carousels, animated posts, and short-form video
• Use AI to generate visuals, backgrounds, scenes, and variations, then polish them into premium, on-brand work
• Design key visuals and assets for car launches, promotions, events, and dealer campaigns
• Add motion to your designs, from simple animations to kinetic type and quick edits
• Work with strategists, copywriters, and performance marketers to create content that performs, not just looks good
• Make sure every car looks exactly right (badges, wheels, colours, proportions), because "almost right" is wrong in automotive
• Build repeatable AI workflows that help the whole team work faster

What Makes You a Great Fit

You probably:

• Have a strong eye for layout, typography, colour, and composition
• Love testing new AI tools the week they launch
• Think in formats: you know a TikTok isn't just a resized Instagram post
• Get excited about cars, or at least about making them look amazing
• Can move fast without letting quality slip
• Stay organised when juggling multiple projects

Bonus Points If You Have

• Motion graphics or video editing skills
• Automotive, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience
• XHS content experience
• 2D animation, kinetic typography, or light 3D
• Basic photography or videography

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 6 months, you'll:

• Be a go-to designer on our automotive account
• Deliver AI-assisted content faster than traditional workflows
• Build at least one reusable AI workflow the team adopts
• Help Monolith produce work competitors can't easily copy
