A leading company in catering management is seeking a Graphic Designer to oversee brand visual maintenance and campaign coordination. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication or a related field, along with proficiency in design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator. Candidates must demonstrate creativity and the ability to communicate effectively in both Chinese and English, with a strong understanding of local market insights and cross-cultural communication.
1. Brand Visual Maintenance & Localization Coordination
Responsible for maintaining brand visual systems and supporting daily visual design tasks for overseas subsidiaries, including posters, brochures, KV (key visuals), product packaging, digital advertising, etc.
Ensure the localization of brand content for overseas markets by adjusting the design style to align with local aesthetics and cultural sensitivities.
Ensure consistency with the brand’s visual identity across all platforms (e.g.,Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS), and avoid cultural misunderstandings or misinterpretations.
Participate in the implementation of brand VI (Visual Identity) upgrades, localized visual asset delivery, and optimization (e.g., VI updates, template standardization).
2. Campaign Planning & Cross-Departmental Coordination
Participate in visual planning for overseas marketing campaigns, assist in refining campaign ideas, and improve product presentation and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the HQ visual team, overseas marketing teams, and operations teams to ensure effective communication of design requirements and handle urgent tasks (e.g., promotional event materials) in a timely manner.
Collect and analyze feedback from the headquarters, and ensure necessary adjustments are made within 48 hours.
3. Localized Creative Proposals
Propose marketing materials tailored to specific local trends, holidays, and events (e.g., Black Friday, Ramadan, regional holidays), and report creative ideas to HQ in advance.
Regularly output creative visual proposals in line with local hot topics and brand characteristics (e.g., quarterly).
4. Design Workflow & Asset Management
Assist in optimizing design asset management across overseas subsidiaries, categorize resources effectively, and ensure quick access for team members.
Manage the production and delivery of materials (e.g., online assets, packaging), ensuring the final outputs meet cost and quality standards.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Visual Communication, Advertising Design, or a related field; proficient in PS/AI and other design software.
Solid understanding of visual design and branding, with strong hands-on ability and a willingness to learn.
Able to communicate in Chinese and English, strong communication, coordination, and execution skills; able to handle a certain level of work pressure.
At least 1 year experience is preferred.
Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit; preference will be given to candidates with a strong understanding of local market insights and cross-cultural communication; sensitivity to different cultural contexts is essential.
