Job summary

Mah Sing Group Berhad in Johor Bahru is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to produce marketing materials on tight timelines, develop fresh design concepts, and align with the company CI.

You will design templates, collaterals, and artwork, coordinate with team and production agencies, and support branding across promotions and events. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in graphic design.
• 1–2 years working experience in any field or equivalent.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, basic Microsoft Office and photo-editing.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Produce marketing communication materials within the timeline.
• Develop design, propose artwork, fresh design & visual ideas for creative works.
• Handle design material involving branding and corporate identity for promotions/events.
• Design and create photos such as templates, marketing materials, and collaterals from concept to print/production.
• Coordinate with team members to meet job objectives and align with CI.
• Guide with Company CI/direction; obtain management approvals.
• Liaise with production agencies for specifications.
• Coordinate creative/content development, channel marketing, events, and daily updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job description

Produce marketing communication materials within the timeline.

Develop design, propose artwork, fresh design & visual ideas in all aspects of creative works.

Handle design material that involves branding requirement/ corporate identity such as promotion events etc.

Design and create photos such as templates, marketing material, and collaterals from conceptualizing to design print and production.

Coordinate with team members to meet the ultimate objective of individual job requests.

Guide with Company’s CI and direction, final vet through before obtaining management approvals.

Liaise with production agencies for relative specification agencies for relative specifications required.

Conduct/ coordinate creative and content development, channel marketing, event manager, and daily news update.

Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Job Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design

At least 1 - 2 years working experience in any field or equivalent

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, basic Microsoft Office & familiar with photo-editing
