A leading company in the F&B sector seeks a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to enhance its visual identity. The role involves developing visual content across various platforms, collaborating with teams on marketing initiatives, and executing high-impact designs for product launches. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department, responsible for bringing our F&B brand's visual identity to life across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in conceptualizing, developing, and executing high-impact visual designs that support our brand image, marketing initiatives, and product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and maintain the brand’s Visual Identity (VI) system, ensuring consistency across all design touchpoints and marketing channels.
2.Implement brand VI across key projects including campaigns, in-store visuals, and product promotions.
3.Design and oversee the production of packaging, merchandise, promotional materials, social media content, and other marketing collaterals.
4.Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support new product launches and brand campaigns with compelling visuals.
5.Lead the creative direction in terms of layout, composition, color schemes, and visual storytelling.
6.Provide guidance and feedback to internal teams or external partners to ensure alignment with brand standards.
7.Conduct research on target audiences and market trends to craft designs that are both relevant and impactful.
8.Align creative output with brand identity and customer preferences.
Job Requirements:
1.Strong understanding of commercial design and brand tonality, demonstrated by a solid portfolio of creative work across digital and print media.
2.A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
3.Talented fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and passion for branding and creative design are encouraged to apply.
4.Experience in designing for large-scale chain brands in the tea beverage, F&B, fashion, beauty, or FMCG industries will be an advantage.
5.Strong fluency in Mandarin and English is essential, along with working proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia for local coordination and cross-functional communication.
6.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
7.Solid foundation in design principles, including color theory, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
8.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW is required.
