Requirements

• Preferably able to speak Mandarin to communicate with clients.
• Able to work in the Subang Area (Selangor).
• Experience in exhibition concept design or agency sector is an advantage.
• Highly creative and versatile with clear conceptual thinking.
• Ability to provide guidance and leadership on projects, including time and project management.
• Required skills include Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects.
• Preferably specialized in Arts / Creative / Graphics Design or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in the industry.
• Hands-on experience with image editing tools and digital sketching software (like InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, etc.).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
• Good judgment and design sense.
• Able to organize, prioritize, and manage incoming jobs.
• Flexible with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Design creative concept artwork for clients and exhibitions.
• Use creativity to develop new ideas and design concepts according to client needs.
• Assist in designing artwork for digital and social media posts.
• Document design briefs to update clients and stakeholders.
• Edit and refine design drafts for final approval.
• Build healthy relationships with clients, designers, copywriters, and team members.
• Coordinate with the sales team and other designers to gain deeper insights into client requirements.
