Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing, trade marketing, and e-commerce teams to conceptualize and design all online and offline A&P materials.
- Create key visuals and POSM such as gondola ends, hangsell, and interactive materials.
- Design digital marketing assets including banners, infographics, social media posts, and packshots.
- Support product shoots and video editing tasks for campaigns and product showcases.
- Contribute creative ideas while adhering to brand guidelines across various media. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely execution of promotional campaigns and event materials.
- Research and develop innovative approaches for A&P materials. Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in consumer marketing.
- Preferably an executive specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in commercial design, branding, and multimedia projects.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant design tools.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills. Adaptable, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for creative excellence.
