About the role

We are seeking a highly talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Talentify Media Sdn Bhd. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and brand assets of our diverse range of clients across various industries. This is a full-time role based in Selangor, offering the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects in a dynamic agency environment.

What you'll be doing

Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality digital assets such as posters, social media visuals, stories, thumbnails, and advertisements for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.

• Collaborate with other departments to develop visually engaging campaign materials aligned with brand objectives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets and digital touchpoints.
• Adapt and optimize designs for different formats, devices, and platform requirements.
• Assist in producing motion graphics, short-form videos, and other multimedia content when needed.
• Stay up to date with current design trends, social media styles, and emerging creative tools or features.

What we're looking for

• Preferably with related working experience in graphic or multimedia design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience.
• Skilled in designing visual content for social media campaigns.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
• Strong sense of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Bonus: Experience in video editing, animation, or short-form content creation (TikTok/Reels).
• A portfolio showcasing creativity and relevant digital design work is required.
