Graphic Design: Create compelling visuals for marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media, and branding materials.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all design assets align with the company’s branding guidelines and visual identity.

Marketing Collateral: Develop print and digital assets such as brochures, banners, packaging, and promotional materials.

Social Media Content: Design engaging static and motion graphics optimized for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Creative Concept Development: Work closely with the marketing team to translate ideas into impactful designs.

Trend Research: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices to ensure fresh and innovative visuals.

Collaboration: Support various departments with design needs, including internal presentations, event materials, and website visuals.

Video Editing (Advantageous): Assist with simple video editing or motion graphics if needed.

KEY COMPETENCIES

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Strong skills in graphic design and layout composition.

Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is an advantage

Familiarity with social media design trends and digital marketing best practices.

Creativity & Innovation: Ability to develop fresh, engaging visual concepts.

Attention to Detail: Ensures high-quality designs with consistency.

Time Management: Manages multiple projects efficiently to meet deadlines.

Communication & Collaboration: Works effectively with different teams and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in graphic design.

A strong portfolio of design work is required.

Experience in video editing or motion graphics is a plus but not mandatory.
