Job description

• Research market trends to create new designs and concepts for product development;
• Initiate creative product concepts and search for suppliers for initial sampling based on recommended budget price;
• Follow up artwork design, output, and product sampling within a tight timeline;
• Responsible for product packaging artworks, graphics revision, retouching, and photo shooting;
• Design online/offline promotional materials, such as artworks for online shops, websites, social media, catalogs, or brochures for shows and exhibitions;
• Collaborate with teams such as merchandising, pastry, and shipping to ensure efficient design and development processes;
• Conduct kitchen tests and prepare reports based on customer requests and standards;
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned;

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in product design, graphic design, or related discipline;
• Minimum one year of relevant work experience;
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
• Knowledge of sketching is an advantage;
• Excellent leadership, management, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Creative, organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to multitask;
• Self-motivated, independent, and capable of meeting tight deadlines;
• Able to work under pressure with a positive attitude;
• Good command of English and Chinese.
