Job Description
- Work closely with the Marketing team to understand requirements and execute assigned design projects from concept to production.
- Develop marketing materials for both print and digital media.
- Handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently.
- Apply analytical problem-solving skills and excellent organizational and time management.
- Brainstorm with the team to generate creative ideas and concepts.
- Manage projects from concept, design, to production within deadlines.
- Plan and manage internal timelines to ensure timely delivery.
- Capture requirements and translate them into visual designs.
- Create design layouts and illustrate graphics and vectors.
- Design visuals aligned with the ideas and concepts.
- Develop Final Artwork (FA) for print production.
- Utilize various mediums to achieve artistic or decorative effects.
- Create mock-up designs before final publication.
- Perform image touch-up tasks.
- Coordinate with suppliers and printers.
- Assist with Chinese translation and proofreading, if applicable.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications.
