  • Conceptualize as well as execute creative marketing collaterals.
  • Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.
  • Actively participate in marketing presentations; both in discovery meetings, as well as the presentation of finished creative strategies and executions.
  • Develop and execute brand-specific merchandising guidelines to align with company direction and brand image.
  • Responsible for new launches visuals and the execution of window display and coordinating with creative team, suppliers including sourcing of props, installation of seasonal window scheme, display during promotional and seasonal changeover.
  • Responsible for enhancing brand image - Plan, strategize and develop creative ideas, presentation and display of POS – to ensure VM are attractive/ impactful display to entice shoppers attention & interest.
  • Plan Visual Merchandising Calendar, including submitting expenses report on utilized and forecast and VM reports as per requirement.
  • Set up new store, support all centres launches and constantly renew the look of the store and create a modern, inspiring store within the frames of our concept.
  • Organize, planning and maintaining the store environment includes window displays, interior point of sales displays and special promotional displays to boost up the sales.
  • Regularly manage maintenance and upkeep of centres fixtures.
  • Support Marketing team on all events and advertising campaigns launches design and basic video & sound editing ie. website, social media, workshops visuals or video content
  • Responsible for the creation of graphics in line with future trends.
  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may assign by the Management from time to time or when necessary for the effective realizations of the job purpose.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
  • Able and efficient to operate major graphic software, espillustrator and photoshop.
  • Minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably inretail industry or related field.
    Possess technical drawing skills, be able to use computer-aided design software.
  • Video editing skills would be advantage esp. experience in editing various video projects and inserting sound effects, music and transitions
