Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to take ownership of visual production with strict brand guideline adherence across CIC, Abedeen Academy International & Private Schools, and Abedeen Clubhouse. You will collaborate with the team to craft compelling copy and design for products and campaigns, while supporting website development and maintenance to keep content accurate and up-to-date.

This role also serves as the technical lead for events, managing AV needs and other marketing

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field
• Portfolio required
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout and visual hierarchy
• Experience in digital content creation (social media, web, email) and print materials
• Basic knowledge of website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is an advantage
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
• Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

Brand Visual Production

Take ownership of producing all visual materials with impact, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines across CIC, Abedeen Academy International & Private Schools, and Abedeen Clubhouse.

Creative Collaboration

Work closely with the team to develop compelling copywriting and design outputs for all products and campaigns, ensuring finished artwork effectively communicates key messages, features, and benefits in support of event planning, organisation, and execution.

Website Management

Provide full support for the development and ongoing maintenance of the company website, keeping content accurate and up-to-date at all times.

Technical Lead at Events

Serve as the technical lead during company events, managing all AV and technical requirements, while also supporting any company-wide technical needs designated under marketing responsibilities.

Trend-Driven Mindset

Stay current with emerging market trends and design innovations, proactively applying fresh ideas to elevate the brand's presence.

On-Camera Presence

Be open and willing to appear in front of the camera for content creation purposes when required.

Team & Independent Performance

Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment to achieve company performance targets.

Requirements
