Leader Energy Group is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to develop and deliver visual communications across internal and external channels. Translate briefs into clear, engaging creative solutions that support branding objectives and ensure high-quality assets that align with the company identity across digital, print, events and multimedia.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Portfolio demonstrating design across digital and print channels.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools.
  • Familiarity with prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Canva).

Responsibilities

  • Design materials for corporate communications, campaigns and marketing initiatives, including social media graphics, website assets, advertisements, brochures, infographics and email communications.
  • Develop visual concepts that strengthen Leader Energy's brand expression across campaigns and communication materials.
  • Create artwork for exhibitions, events, launches and internal engagement activities, including displays, signage and digital content.
  • Apply the Group's visual identity and design guidelines across deliverables, checking logo use, typography, colour, layout and overall visual quality before submission.
  • Present visual concepts and design rationale, incorporate constructive feedback and refine artwork accordingly
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor activities, and design innovation; recommend and integrate best practices into creative outputs.
  • Create or edit motion graphics, short videos and multimedia assets for digital campaigns, presentations, events and social platforms.
  • Prepare final artwork and production files for print, digital and large format applications; proof layouts and check dimensions, resolution, colour and file specifications.
  • Coordinate with relevant vendors such as, printers, etc., when producing creative materials.
  • Manage concurrent briefs, plan design timelines, prioritise work with the Manager - Group Communications and flag risks or missing inputs early.
  • Organise working files, final artwork, templates, images and licensed assets using agreed naming, version control and storage practices.
  • Support photography and videography

Job description

Develop and deliver visual communications for Leader Energy Group across internal and external channels. Translate communication briefs into clear, engaging creative solutions that support the Group's branding objectives, while ensuring all visual assets meet high-quality standards and apply the Group's brand identity consistently across digital, print, events and multimedia.

Job Responsibilities:
A. Visual Design and Brand Identity
  • Design materials for corporate communications, campaigns and marketing initiatives, including social media graphics, website assets, advertisements, brochures, infographics and email communications.
  • Develop visual concepts that strengthen Leader Energy's brand expression across campaigns and communication materials.
  • Develop artwork for exhibitions, events, launches and internal engagement activities, including displays, signage and digital content.

  • Coordinate with relevant vendors such as, printers, etc, when producing creative materials.

Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Advertising or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience; agency or creative studio experience is preferred.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and work across digital and print channels.
  • Experience managing multiple design briefs and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign; working knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro. Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Canva, etc.).
  • Strong typography, composition, colour and visual storytelling skills. Ability to prepare production artwork to print and digital specifications.
  • Familiarity with presentation design and social media formats. Photography and videography skills are an advantage.
