Job Summary

To create engaging art work & digital assets for the company that can be used in campaigns, website and printing materials.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

1. Plan, conceptualize and produce great ideas and artwork for social media, website, marketing campaigns and printed materials.
2. Coordinate printing of artwork such as brochures, booklets and other collateral if required.
3. Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.
4. High standard of quality control and guidelines compliance.
5. Proactively identify and resolve design challenges with team members.
6. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
7. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and project managing the concept to execution within agreed timeline.
8. Work hand in hand with various teams (Digital Marketing, Content Creator, Product Designer, and Student Engagement etc) to produce original and impactful creatives.
9. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and constantly propose new ideas.
10. Be able to travel for events when required (Company event, University/School event).

Qualifications

1. Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
2. Have at least 1-2 years experience.
3. Have good command of graphic design tools; Adobe AI, Illustrator, etc.
4. Familiar with animation, video editing, and printing will be an added advantage.
5. Excellent command in English. Chinese and Bahasa Melayu proficiency is a bonus.
6. Have been creating graphics for digital marketing purposes on Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and so forth. Understand technical requirements when creating graphics for different platforms.
7. Highly results oriented and constantly be aware of improving graphics to improve conversion objectives.
8. Ability to learn fast and self-learn when needed but importantly as well to help your teammates.
9. Creative, self-initiated, and constantly championing solutions to solve issues.
10. Hungry to achieve results, excellent work ethics and able to take on a steep learning curve.
11. Disciplined and able to manage projects systematically.
