Qualifications

Job Responsibilities
- Design Creative Visuals
- Create compelling static and animated visuals for social media, websites, videos, decks, and LED billboards
- Design for multiple formats: square, vertical (Reels/Stories), horizontal (YouTube thumbnails, slides)
- Content Collaboration
- Work closely with the content team, video team, and client servicing to translate campaign ideas into visual content
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, provide input on creative directions, and align design with messaging
- Brand Consistency
- Ensure visual consistency across OMM Media’s internal brands (Oh My Media, Borak Daily, MyNewsHub)
- Follow and maintain brand guidelines for clients and internal projects
- Ad Campaign Visuals
- Design ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and OOH platforms
- Adapt visuals based on performance feedback (e.g., CTR, engagement)
- Speedy & Efficient Execution
- Manage multiple design tasks and deliverables within deadlines
- Switch between high-volume content production and high-impact campaign visuals
- File Management & Delivery
- Organize design files properly for team usage (Google Drive, Canva, shared folders)
- Prepare final outputs in the correct resolution and format (RGB/CMYK, MP4/JPEG, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a creative agency, media company, or design studio
- Portfolio demonstrating experience with branding, social media content, ads, and key visuals
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus)
- Familiar with designing for digital platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube) and offline assets (banners, billboards, decks)
- Bonus: knowledge of basic motion graphics or video editing
Design Sense
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and colour theory
- Ability to create scroll-stopping designs and adapt to different brand styles
- Sensitivity to latest design and content trends
Soft Skills
- Fast, independent, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Team player — willing to collaborate and improve based on feedback
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering clean, polished work
