Job summary

TOA Group, based in Negeri Sembilan, seeks a Graphic Designer to create visually compelling branding and marketing materials across print, digital, web, packaging, and in-store platforms. You will ensure brand consistency and contribute to storytelling across omnichannel channels.

You will develop digital content, assist with video and motion graphics, and collaborate with printers and vendors to deliver high-quality materials that meet TOA Paint Brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Art/Graphic Design or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Design and/or Marketing.
• Proficiency with Adobe programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).
• Knowledge of video editing software and content creation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce creative artwork for branding, marketing, campaigns, POSM, events, and packaging.
• Guard brand CI for TOA Paint to ensure alignment with guidelines and objectives.
• Develop digital content including social media creatives and digital ads; assist with short videos and motion graphics when needed.
• Coordinate with printers, procurement, event vendors to ensure specs and brand guidelines are met.
• Maintain organized design files and stay updated on trends and design technologies.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for delivering creative visual solutions that support the company's brand presence and business objectives across all customer touchpoints. This role focuses on creating engaging omnichannel design communications across print, digital, web, packaging, and in-store platform while ensuring brand consistency and effective visual storytelling.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and produce creative artwork and visual materials for branding, marketing, advertising, promotional campaigns, POSM, events, exhibitions, color card, packaging, and sales support activities.
• One of the brand guardians for TOA Paint Brand CI and to ensure all creative deliverables are aligned with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and production requirements while maintaining high standards of creativity and visual consistency.
• Develop digital content, including social media creatives, digital advertisements, and marketing visuals, support the creation and editing of short videos, reels, motion graphics, and animated content where required.
• Complete projects by coordinating with printers, procurement department, event vendors, , etc. to ensure all materials printed or produced are within accurate specifications and in line with TOA Paint Brand guidelines.
• Maintain and organize design files, artwork assets, templates, and brand resources while keeping abreast of design trends, creative technologies, and AI-powered design tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced Degree / Diploma / Professional Certificate in Art, Graphic Design or related studies.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Design and/or Marketing field.
• Proficiency in Adobe programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva etc.), Knowledge of video editing software & content creation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Photography and videography skills will be an added advantage.
