A leading company in the advertising sector is seeking a Graphic Designer to execute high-quality visual campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in graphic design, skilled in software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. You will be responsible for creating compelling visuals that adhere to brand guidelines and perform well on multiple ad platforms. Execute visual designs for paid ads across Meta, TikTok, WhatsApp, Native, and programmatic platforms
Design static images, layouts, banners, carousels, WhatsApp visuals, and email headers
Turn briefs into high-performing creatives that feel premium, minimalist, and on-brand
Ensure designs follow ad platform guidelines — compliant, subtle, and scroll-stopping
Build and maintain modular templates, visual kits, and layout systems that speed up output
Support different countries's localized designs across different languages as needed
Maintain an organized creative library for different funnel stages (awareness, retargeting, reactivation)
Produce multiple design variations (A/B tests) based on hooks, layout, CTA, or color emphasis
Work closely with the performance team to test, analyze, and refine creative assets
Take initiative to improve click-through rate (CTR), engagement, and thumbstop performance through better visuals
Support narrative-led campaigns by turning testimonials and value propositions into strong visual formats
Follow brand guidelines while experimenting with new creative styles where relevant
Work closely with copywriters, video editors, and marketers to deliver fast, on-brief visuals
Handle feedback like a pro — make fast, smart revisions with pride
Design for multiple sizes and platforms: square, vertical (Reels), banners, WhatsApp formats, landing pages
Motion skills are a bonus — even basic animations or video layout knowledge is valuable
Familiarity with Figma or page builders (e.g. Webflow, Unbounce) is a plus for landing page visuals
Minimum 2 years experience in graphic design, preferrably in advertising, creative agencies (ideally for paid ads, digital campaigns, or social content)
Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
Understand visual hierarchy, color psychology, and mobile-first design principles
Can turn raw copy and direction into beautiful, high-performing visuals — no hand-holding required
Bonus: Video editing knowledge (e.g. CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro)
Bonus: Familiar with building visuals for landing pages (Figma, Instapage, etc.)
Extra bonus: Experience in GreyMarket. eg. iGaming, fintech, crypto, or other fast-paced performance-driven industries
