Job description

Responsible for developing all internal graphic designs, including packaging, posters, banners, leaflets, social media adaptations, etc.

Involved in the end-to-end design process for packaging materials, including brainstorming, sketching, proposing practical mock-up structures, creating prototypes that are cost-effective and align with CI branding.

Coordinate with vendors, agencies, art services, printers, etc., to complete projects.

Ensure designs align with company branding and marketing strategies.

Review and analyze coverage generated, and use evaluation results to provide insights for ongoing communication materials development.

Ensure all communication materials are delivered on time and within budget, including preparing timelines and maintaining records for budget control.

Job requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Preferably experienced in retail chain environments.
  • Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Languages: Mandarin & English (mandatory).
  • Creative, able to think outside the box, and adaptable to high demands and changing requests.
  • Capable of performing under pressure to meet targets and handle ad-hoc tasks.
  • Multitasking abilities.
