Job Responsibilities
- Create visually compelling designs for digital ads, brochures, websites, social media content, presentations, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Events teams to design event collateral such as banners, flyers, signage, and promotional materials for trade shows, webinars, and roadshows.
- Work with internal teams to understand design requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
- Develop brand-consistent designs that convey clear messaging and meet business needs.
- Design content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and online ads to enhance engagement and brand presence.
- Ensure designs are visually appealing, functional, and optimized for various platforms including web, mobile, and print.
- Assist in creating promotional graphics like email templates, newsletters, and client-facing materials, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- Maintain consistency in design elements across channels and adhere to branding guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Contribute to producing design templates for presentations, reports, and proposals for cohesive visual communication.
- Provide input on design improvements and trends to elevate visual communication efforts.
- Update and organize the design archive for easy access to visual assets.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for visual storytelling.
- Ensure all work is delivered on time, meeting high standards of quality and creativity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in travel or tourism industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
- Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Understanding of web design, UI/UX principles, and digital marketing platforms.
- Experience designing for digital and print formats, with attention to detail and consistency.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
