As part of a fast-growing team, you'll help shape a brand that's bold, nimble, and built to meet everyday living with elevated design.
What you'll be doing:
Operational Design Support
- Update and maintain brand assets to ensureconsistency, clarity, and modernity.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to design and produce assembly instructions using existing templates.
- Oversee simple video edits, ensuring alignment with predefined templates and brand guidelines.
Marketing Design Support
- Contribute to measurable outcomes such as increased engagement, lead generation, and website traffic through visual storytelling.
- Crop and enhance images (DI) for day-to-day Instagram posts and stories.
- Adapt existing templates for marketing and sales platforms, including:
- Amazon (e.g., listing images, A+ content, banners)
- Company website (e.g., Mopio site visuals)
- Social media advertisements (e.g., Meta, Google, YouTube).
What you'll need:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software.
- Strong understanding of branding, composition, and storytelling through visuals.
- Experience in working with templates and adapting assets across various platforms.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with cross-border teams and vendors.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Non-Mandatory Skills With An Advantage:
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon.
- Knowledge of social media marketing trends and design optimization for digital ads.
- Video editing experience will be an added advantage.
