Job summary

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Ipoh. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for print and digital channels, including marketing materials, social media content, and school communication collateral. Responsibilities include developing and refining brand visuals, designing logos and layouts, selecting and applying typography, and ensuring consistency with the school’s identity and values. The role involves collaborating with academic and administrative teams to translate educational concepts into clear, engaging visuals, preparing files for production, and maintaining an organized archive of design materials.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for both print and digital media.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography to create clear, readable, and visually appealing layouts.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent) is beneficial.
• Relevant education or training in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously are important.
• Experience designing for educational or values-based organizations and familiarity with Islamic cultural contexts are an advantage.
