Job description

We are seeking a talented and driven Graphic Design and Social Media Manager to join Halcyon Ventures Sdn Bhd. In this role, you will oversee the creation of engaging visual content and manage our social media presence across multiple brands within the F&B sector. You will play a key role in building brand identity, increasing audience engagement, and driving digital growth.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in graphic design and social media management, preferably in F&B or retail.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.

Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage).

Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.

Photography/videography skills are a plus.

Preferred Attributes

Experience in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.

Familiarity with paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).

Basic knowledge of website content management (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

Develop creative assets including menus, packaging, digital ads, posters, banners, and promotional materials.

Design content for websites, apps, and third-party delivery platforms.

Ensure brand consistency across all design work.

Manage photography, videography, and editing for marketing purposes when required.

Social Media Management

Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple F&B brands under Halcyon Ventures.

Plan and manage content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.

Create, schedule, and publish posts, stories, and reels with compelling captions and visuals.

Monitor performance metrics, track engagement, and generate reports.

Respond to comments and messages promptly to foster community interaction.

Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align campaigns with business objectives.

Coordinate with external vendors, influencers, and partners when needed.
