Omya Ipoh is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee Granulation plant operations, ensuring quality, efficiency and safety across shifts. The role involves monitoring processes, coordinating teams, and maintaining records of parameters and output to meet production targets.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least 2 years in industrial/manufacturing settings, with basic chemistry knowledge and forklift experience. Local language skills are preferred.

Qualificações

• Verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Basic chemistry knowledge is preferred for process control.
• Computer skills and laboratory experience are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and assist production manager for Granulation plant operations.
• Operate, monitor, control, and inspect the granulation processes.
• Ensure production meets sales requirements for various products.
• Support safety, QSHE, and housekeeping practices in the plant.
• Record machine parameters and production output.
• Assist maintenance and perform basic repairs when needed.
• Coordinate loading, receiving, and warehousing activities.
• Update SAP with maintenance and stock data.
