Your Journey Through Our Program Framework:

Our GT programs typically feature three dynamic rotations across various departments within your division, ensuring you gain a broad, hands-on understanding. You'll be fully supported with coaching from experienced line managers every step of the way.

Your first rotation kicks off with comprehensive onboarding, a dedicated departmental attachment, and crucial training, including professional certifications (if applicable). Training continues through your second and third rotations, complete with any further exams for certification, giving you even more opportunities to deepen your knowledge and expand your expertise.

Eligibility:

• Fresh graduates with a minimum CGPA 3.2 or 2nd Class Upper and its equivalent
• Preferably based in Malaysia
