A leading banking and financial institution is seeking a Graduate Trainee Officer to manage customer inquiries and calls related to past due accounts. Candidates should possess a diploma or degree and demonstrate good communication skills in English and Bahasa, with a willingness to work extended hours. Qualifications

• Minimum a Diploma/ Degree holder in any field.
• Basic communication skills in English and good in Bahasa.
• Candidate must be willing to work until 7:45 PM (OT claimable).

Responsibilities

• Make calls for past due accounts (Credit Card/ Mortgage Loan/ Car Loan users).
• Ensure customers have a superior experience.
• Identify and handle customer inquiries completely.
