Join our 12-month Graduate Trainee (GT) Programme, designed for aspiring professionals eager to make a tangible impact in the banking sector. This role will immerse you in the world of customer experience and data-driven innovation.
The successful candidates will report to the Head of Customer Experience & Insights.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Functional (job responsibilities)
- Connect analysis of multiple data sources, e.g. customer satisfaction (CSAT) data, net promoter score data (NPS) and customer verbatims, to provide meaningful insights that support decision-making.
- Guide internal teams by providing relevant information and analysis; conduct research studies as needed.
- Develop clear dashboards to present insights effectively.
- Assist in mapping customer journeys to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Support the development and implementation of customer experience improvement initiatives.
- Help create and deliver training materials on customer experience standards.
- Stay updated on best practices in Customer Experience Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and execute projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines and budgets.
- Synthesize complex information into clear takeaways and prepare high-quality presentations and reports.
- Advocate for process automation to enhance efficiency.
Jobholder RequirementsEducation/Qualification- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field, with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 or its equivalent.
Experience/Requirements- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years working experience are invited to apply.
- Strong understanding of data analysis.
- Candidates with excellent analytical and communication skills, and eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
