Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in semiconductor Backend (Final Test) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, repair and safely store load boards following anti-static protocols.
• Clean sockets, replace contact pins, ensure smooth operation and track usage data.
• Swap change kits, inspect for wear, organize parts and update inventory logs.
• Set up, debug, and optimize hardware to minimize downtime, maximize yield and manage inventory.
• Drive yield improvement via data analysis and support new product testing activities.
