Qualifications

Responsibilities

• RCSA & Control Testing Review: Review business process flows to identify operational risks, evaluate control effectiveness, and validate RCSA testing across business and support units.
• Regulatory & Management Reporting: Monitor operational loss events and KRIs, perform root cause analysis, and prepare risk reports for Management and BNM.
• Outsourcing & Vendor Risk Assessment: Perform independent risk evaluations on third‑party vendors and review outsourcing proposals to ensure compliance with risk governance standards.
