GNTP is a Graduate Non-Technical Program (1-year contract position), specifically for students who have completed their first Bachelor's Degree with a CGPA of at least 3.0 and above.

Job Description

In your new role, you will:

1. Act as Project Office support for strategic supply chain projects and interact with various stakeholders across the automotive organization.
2. Assist management in preparing management and summarization presentations.
3. Consolidate, analyze, and summarize data based on strategic supply chain planning for top management review.
4. Ensure accurate creation, maintenance, and consistency of Planning Master Data.
5. Perform consistency checks, drive corrective actions, resolve master data inconsistencies, and support continuous data quality improvements.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, finance, operations, SPM, IT, etc.
7. Support annual business planning (BYC) activities, VRFC, and Min-Max topics.
8. Support ad-hoc management requests by performing timely data entry, validation, and in-depth analysis.

Your Profile

You are best suited for this role if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate with a CGPA of 3.0 and above.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Tableau is an advantage.
• Fluent communication and writing skills in English.
• Proactive, independent, and able to perform under minimal supervision and time pressure.
• Open-mindedness and comfort working in an international, cross-functional environment.
