Job Description
In your new role you will:

  • Conduct research on leads, develop understanding of prospect needs and actively develop opportunities both inbound and outbound.
  • Manage opportunities through remote channels (e.g., virtual demos, video conferencing with remote FAEs), and should have the ability to switch to in-person when required (e.g., FAE support).
  • Prepare quotes and price negotiations.
  • Be responsible for design-win, business-win, and revenue for relevant customers.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships and loyalty remotely.
  • Be in charge of the validation and qualification of customer cross/upsell potential.
  • Prioritize day-to-day activities & prep customer interactions based on data & analytics.
  • Update sales management systems for core activities (e.g.: CRM).
  • Take over ownership of accounts and managing stakeholder communications.


Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree or higher in any field of study.
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Less than 1 year working experience.
  • Strong Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Profound Account Management skills.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Remote selling experience and analytical skills.
  • Digital educating and change management skills (guiding the customer to digital self-serve).
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin, both oral and written. Multi-lingual would be an advantage with Korean & German, both oral and written.
