Let's Talk About the Role:
As a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll be part of a supportive engineering team responsible for improving and sustaining manufacturing operations. You will work across departments, gaining exposure to:
Manufacturing Process Management - Assist in managing production line layouts, material flow, equipment validation, lean initiatives, and process efficiency improvements.
Compliance & Standards- Ensure activities align with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), regulatory requirements, and company standards for Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting- Collaborate with experienced engineers and vendors to resolve technical issues and support technicians during troubleshooting.
Process Documentation & Improvement- Help create and update standard operating procedures, including Assembly Instructions and PFMEA documents.
New Product Introduction (NPI)- Partner with the NPI team by contributing feedback during new process development and supporting a smooth transition to mass production.
Innovation & Excellence- Participate in Business Excellence initiatives and support new technology development and implementation.
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Safety, Quality, Facilities, and Production to ensure engineering solutions align with operational needs.

Possess a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
Ability to evaluate and solve basic design or engineering problems with guidance.
Clear and concise communicator who can simplify complex issues.
A team player who is open to feedback, eager to learn, and supportive of others.
