Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corporation in Malaysia seeks an Industrial Engineering graduate to support data management, capacity planning, and manufacturing optimization. You will assist monthly capacity analyses, backlog reviews for revenue alignment, and bottleneck identification.

You will work with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement, CapEx planning, GMII tracking, and supporting efficiency improvements on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and dashboard/reporting tools.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
• Good problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage corporate-level capacity planning strategies.
• Perform 18-month test capacity forecasting and planning.
• Track and monitor GMII against AOP targets.
• Drive capacity gap resolution through CapEx planning and dynamic capacity requirements.
• Maintain accuracy of corporate systems and dashboards.
