Job summary
Total Deutschland GmbH is seeking an energetic Engineering Graduate to join our Production Methods team, gaining hands-on exposure to wells integrity, production operations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for safe offshore activities.
You will collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, support HSE programs, and help develop procedures for production operations. Excellent analytical skills, English proficiency, and MS Office/Power BI familiarity are valued.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, instrumentation & control, or mechanical engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge in oil and gas wells and topsides production.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Power BI experience is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills; fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Support wells integrity actions and deliverables with guidance.
- Maintain wells integrity and performance dashboard.
- Assist production support requirements for safe offshore operations.
- Support development of production ops procedures with guidance.
- Troubleshoot wells and topsides production issues.
- Ensure compliance with company rules and standards.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore stakeholders under pressure.
