Job summary

At AECOM, we invite fresh graduates to join our geotechnical engineering team in Malaysia as entry-level engineers. You will work on foundational tasks, assist with site investigations, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate geotechnical elements into larger infrastructure projects.

You will gain exposure to design calculations, reports, and project schedules while developing technical knowledge and practical field experience in geotechnical disciplines.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and a keen interest in developing a career in geotechnical engineering are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant geotechnical engineering experience will be preferred.
• For candidates with 1–3 years, experience in geotechnical design, site investigation, foundation engineering, earth retaining systems, or underground works will be an advantage.
• For candidates with 1–3 years, practical exposure to PLAXIS, GEO-STUDIO, or other geotechnical analysis and design software will be advantageous.
• For candidates with 1–3 years, Experience working on infrastructure, transportation, or building projects will be an added advantage.
• Candidates should demonstrate a willingness to develop their technical knowledge and gain practical experience through involvement in both design and project/site activities.

• Assist in design reports, calculations, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules
