Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work independently.
• Lead the production of schematic design, design development, contract documentation, and construction documentation until final completion.
• Manage and direct creative personnel, resources, and processes.
• Assist principal and supervisor to secure prospective projects.
• Generate proposals, work plans, and schedules, and follow up accordingly.
• Interact with team members and clients to ensure smooth workflow and successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with authorities.
• Coordinate the consultants.
• Oversee all phases of projects.
• Execute all aspects of architectural processes and issues.
• Ensure compliance with all architectural guidelines and standards.
• Meet with suppliers and vendors.
• Actively seek new design and construction methods.
• Maintain organized records of all drawings, plans, client specifications, communications with authorities, consultants, and contractors.
