We are pleased to invite applications for our 6-Month Graduate Apprentice Program in Business Development, based at our office in Subang Jaya. This structured full-time program offers fresh graduates hands-on experience in sales, client engagement, and market development within a dynamic and supportive business environment.

High-performing apprentices may be offered permanent positions upon successful completion of the program.

Program Overview

The program is designed to bridge academic learning with real business practice. Apprentices will be actively involved in the execution of growth strategies and exposed to the core functions of business development, while receiving continuous guidance and mentoring from experienced professionals.

Practical experience in business development, B2B/B2C sales, and customer relationship management

Exposure to lead generation, proposal development, and CRM systems

Insights into market analysis, competitor research, and business reporting

Development of essential soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and adaptability

As a Business Development Apprentice, you will:

Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities

Support sales outreach efforts and client engagement initiatives

Participate in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and business pitches

Conduct industry and competitor research to support strategic planning

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery

Maintain records of business activities and performance metrics
