TH Properties Sdn Bhd, based in Kuala Lumpur, seeks a Manager, Governance to maintain a practical governance framework and ensure proper approvals and documentation. You will coordinate policies, authority matrices, compliance monitoring and management reporting across business units.

You will translate legal and regulatory requirements into workable controls, provide advisory support to senior management, and drive timely escalation of issues while strengthening accountability and transparency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 10+ years in governance, legal, risk, or internal audit.
• Knowledge of Malaysian corporate governance requirements and statutory obligations.
• Experience drafting policies, SOPs, committee papers, and remediation plans.
• Professional governance, compliance, risk management certifications are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and periodically review governance framework, charter, policies and authority matrix.
• Advise management on governance requirements, approvals, conflicts of interest and documentation.
• Monitor compliance with laws and regulatory guidance and coordinate updates.
• Prepare management reports and minutes, track actions and escalation.
• Develop templates, checklists and dashboards to improve consistency.
• Lead governance projects and coach team members.
