A leading home furnishing retailer is seeking a Goods Flow Manager in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The role focuses on optimizing logistics operations and leading the goods flow team to ensure high availability of products while providing exceptional customer experiences. The Goods Flow Manager is responsible for the optimization and development of all goods flow operations in the store to maximize our store's logistical performance. Also has the committed to develop the co-workers and ensure a living succession plan is in place within the goods flow team. And ensure the preconditions for effective and efficient inflow and outflow processes are in place with a customer centric focus on excellence in execution.
