Intrinseque Health is seeking an experienced GMP Warehouse InCharge to oversee the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art warehouse in Melaka, Melaka. As a key member of our manufacturing, transport and logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant management of our picking, packing and distribution processes.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the warehouse team, including pickers and packers, to ensure all products are accurately picked, packed and distributed in a timely manner

Maintain strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and other regulatory standards to ensure product quality and safety

Oversee inventory management, including stock control, stock rotation and regular stock counts

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity

Provide training and support to warehouse staff to develop their skills and knowledge

Collaborate with other departments, such as production and quality assurance, to ensure seamless operations

Generate reports and maintain detailed records to support regulatory compliance

What we're looking for

Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar GMP warehouse management role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

Strong working knowledge of GMP standards and warehouse management best practices

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficient in inventory control systems and warehouse management software

Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance
