HSBC Malaysia invites graduates to join its Wealth Graduate Programme to become licensed Wealth Managers and future leaders within International Wealth & Premier Banking.

The programme combines formal training with on-the-job exposure, equipping you to deliver borderless banking and world-class wealth management across a global network while developing leadership, analytical, and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or up to 3 years’ experience in relevant field
• Strong leadership presence with teamwork experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must have valid work authorization in Malaysia (Sarawak)
• Able to complete 3 months training in KL HQ

Responsabilités
