Job summary

Air Liquide Business Services SDN BHD (ALBS) Kuala Lumpur seeks a Director, GBS Treasury (APAC & AMEI). You will set treasury strategy, oversee cash management, funding, FX and reporting, and partner with CoE, Hub Treasury and business units to optimize liquidity and minimize risk.

You will drive digital transformation, transition processes to GBS, champion automation and governance, and lead a 25-person team across APAC and GCCI to sustain high performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive treasury experience in a multinational.
• Experience leading multi-country treasury teams in SSC/GBS setups.
• Proven track record implementing TMS/ERP and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for APAC & AMEI GBS Treasury operations.
• Oversee cash management, funding, FX, and banking relationships.
• Drive digital transformation, automation, and internal controls.
• Lead a 25-person team across regions and ensure governance.
