Job summary

Shenzhen Colibri Technologies Co., Ltd. is seeking a Senior Technical Leader to drive overseas automation equipment projects for optical module applications.

You will plan technology roadmaps, lead development from concept to mass production, and serve as the main technical interface with international customers. This role involves frequent international travel and initial training in China to gain hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in automation equipment development in optical module/semiconductor.
• At least 3 years in a technical leadership role (manager/leadership).
• Experience leading core automation equipment to mass production.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop technology roadmap and strategic planning for optical module automation.
• Lead full-cycle development of customized automation equipment for optical module applications.
• Plan R&D projects, allocate resources, manage budgets and timelines.
• Analyze technical problems with data-driven approaches using tools like Minitab/Excel.
• Interface with international customers; present solutions and clarify requirements.
• Support on-site troubleshooting, commissioning, and after-sales technical support.
• Provide cross-functional technical leadership across engineering, manufacturing, testing and service.
