Your mission

  • Own hiring at scale: From Product to Tech, Commercial to Operations, you lead talent delivery for critical business areas around the globe.
  • Leverage every recruiting weapon: Topgrading, Boolean precision, market intelligence, and sharp instincts - no stone left unturned.
  • Don’t wait for applicants: You pursue. You engage competent talent who aren’t even looking.
  • Set the hiring bar: Your hires make our business leaders ask, “Where did you FIND this person?”
  • Build deep partnerships with hiring managers: challenge, advise, map and anticipate talent needs before they even arise.
  • Deliver an unforgettable candidate experience: Be the reason someone says, “That was the best recruitment process I’ve ever had”.
  • Drive decisions with data: Use metrics and feedback to continuously level up our hiring game.

  • 5+ years of experience recruiting in fast-paced tech environments or related
  • Strong sense for talent: across functions, levels, and geographies.
  • Track record of headhunting, not just posting and praying
  • Confidence, judgment, precision. No fluff.
  • An eye for excellence - and zero tolerance for mediocrity
  • Savvy with data, hiring tech, and human behavior
  • Killer communication skills
