Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in talent acquisition, preferably in tech or fin-tech.
- Experience in Web3/Crypto hiring is a plus.
- Strong ethics and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source and attract candidates through various channels
- Screen CVs, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activity
- Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to the HR team and hiring managers
- Support other HR-related projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- 3-5 Year of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in the tech, fin-tech industry
- Talent hiring experience for Web3/Crypto companies would be a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to deliver and drive for results under pressure in a fast paced environment
