Job summary

DKSH in Malaysia seeks a Manager, Global Sustainability, BU Performance Materials to drive the sustainability strategy across markets. You will implement frameworks (ISSB, GRI, TCFD, CSRD), coordinate cross-functional ESG initiatives, and ensure transparent reporting of emissions and environmental data.

You will lead audits, manage ESG ratings with EcoVadis and Sedex, develop ESG KPIs, and champion digital tools for data collection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or corporate responsibility roles.
• Strong grasp of ESG frameworks and sustainability regulations applicable to global markets.

Responsibilities

• Deploy the PM Sustainability Framework across all markets, aligning with ISSB, GRI, TCFD, and CSRD.
• Lead ESG disclosures including Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions reporting.
• Lead internal audits and maintain audit-readiness of ESG data.
• Manage sustainability ratings with EcoVadis and Sedex to maintain ESG standing.
• Collaborate on sustainability KPIs and scorecards for Business Review Meetings.
• Champions digital tools for ESG data collection and reporting.
