Job summary

Private Advertiser, a multinational organization, is seeking a Senior Supply Chain professional to lead its Supply Planning function across a complex regional network.

The successful candidate will drive planning excellence, ensure product availability, optimize inventory, and strengthen cross‑functional collaboration across end‑to‑end supply chain, including IBP/S&OP processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field (SC, engineering, business).
• 10+ years in supply planning or production scheduling.
• Experience in FMCG/consumer goods industries.
• Knowledge of S&OP / IBP processes.
• Experience with planning systems (SAP, Kinaxis, OMP, o9, APO).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply planning and production scheduling across regional network.
• Ensure product availability while optimizing inventory levels.
• Drive S&OP / IBP processes and supply reviews.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams.
• Manage capacity constraints, replenishment strategies, and continuous improvement.
• Champion adoption of advanced planning tools and practices.
