Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a Supply Chain Planning professional to manage demand and supply for assigned products and maintain ERP/MRP data. The role involves coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to resolve shortages and optimize inventory, with focus on NPI and ramp-up activities.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in supply chain planning, strong Excel/data analysis skills, and experience with Power BI/Power Query.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, material or production planning.
• Manufacturing/high-tech/electronics experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of supply/demand planning, MRP, inventory, MOQ and lead time.
• Good Excel and data analysis skills; ERP/MRP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Good cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query or other data-analysis/automation tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply and demand planning for assigned products.
• Monitor orders, backlog, inventory, material availability and supply risks.
• Work with suppliers/CMs and internal teams to resolve shortages and delivery issues.
• Maintain planning data and parameters in ERP/MRP systems.
• Support NPI activities, new product setup and ramp-up planning.
• Analyze planning issues and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare supply, inventory and backlog reports.
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives.
