Job summary

Businesslist in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Global Supply Chain Excellence Specialist to optimize supply chain services and drive transformation across regions. You will lead SAP-enabled improvements, collaborate with regional teams, and drive automation and digitalization initiatives to raise efficiency and service quality.

The role offers exposure to APAC and North America, with a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities to shape future operating models within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Process Improvement, Transformation, Operational Excellence, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and workflows.
• Experience supporting transformation projects or process improvement programs.
• Exposure to SAP environments, preferably SAP R/3, SAP S/4HANA, OTC, TM.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work across regional and cross-functional environments.
• Experience in shared services or multinational organizations would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize supply chain services based on business requirements and strategic initiatives.
• Support regional and cross-functional projects focused on business transformation and service enhancement.
• Conduct impact assessments, process reviews, and cost analysis for new or enhanced services.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, service quality, and operational performance.
• Support automation, digitalization, and process optimization across supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to support SAP-enabled process improvements.
• Participate in solution testing, implementation activities, and change management initiatives.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Customs, and operational stakeholders.
• Develop scalable, standardized, and future-ready operating models.
