What your typical day will look like:
As the Global Supplier Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational delivery and governance of contracts with key external partners across Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Acting as a global escalation point, the role ensures vendor compliance, performance, and alignment with dentsu’s business priorities. This includes defining best practices for contract management, supporting global technology strategies, and working closely with cross-functional teams in Technology, Finance, and Procurement. The role also contributes to shaping vendor strategy and provides leadership across regions and functions.
Core responsibilities include:
Supplier & Contract Management: Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle, maintain strong supplier relationships, ensure compliance with terms, and resolve disputes efficiently.
Financial & Performance Oversight: Monitor budgets, supplier costs, and contract performance; provide financial insights and approve expenditures exceeding thresholds.
Governance & Risk Compliance: Enforce operational and regulatory compliance, conduct risk assessments, and ensure documentation aligns with legal and company standards.
Collaboration & Process Improvement: Coordinate with global stakeholders, support internal teams, and drive continuous improvement in contract processes and tools.
A bit about you:
Possess minimum 7 years experience in global supplier/vendor management, contract governance, and operational compliance—ideally within multinational or tech-driven environments.
Strong skills in contract lifecycle management, dispute resolution, financial tracking, and enforcing vendor performance and regulatory compliance.
Proven ability to collaborate across global functions (Legal, Finance, Procurement, IT) and manage multiple stakeholder expectations.
Flexibility and capability to support UK business hours; detail oriented with excellent communication and documentation skills.
